Terms of Service

1. The service

Tasks++ is a productivity application that works with Google Tasks and adds Tasks++-specific features such as desks, reminders, stars, attachments and additional views. Some features depend on Google, browser, mobile operating-system or hosting services that are outside Nubisor AB's control.

2. Your Google account

You authorize Tasks++ to access the Google services and permissions shown during the Google consent flow. You are responsible for the Google account you use and for protecting access to your devices.

3. Changes to Google Tasks data

Actions performed in Tasks++ can create, change, complete, move or delete data in your Google Tasks account. In particular, deleting a Google-backed list or task in Tasks++ can delete that list or task from Google after the confirmations shown by the app.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you place in Tasks++. You grant Nubisor AB only the limited rights necessary to store, process and transmit that content to provide the service and the features you request.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Tasks++ to:

• violate applicable law or the rights of others;
• attempt to bypass security or access another user's data;
• interfere with or overload the service; or
• use the service to distribute malicious code or unlawful content.

6. Availability and changes

Tasks++ may be updated, changed or temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security, provider outages or development. Nubisor AB may modify or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.

7. Backups and important information

Google Tasks is the primary task system for Google-backed tasks, but Tasks++ also stores app-specific metadata separately. You should not use Tasks++ as the sole repository for information where loss would cause significant harm.

8. Disclaimer and liability

Tasks++ is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nubisor AB does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that third-party integrations will always remain available. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Tasks++ and revoke its Google access at any time. Nubisor AB may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users or comply with law.

10. Privacy

The Tasks++ Privacy Policy explains how personal information and Google API data are processed and forms part of these terms.

11. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by Swedish law, subject to any mandatory rights that apply in your country of residence. Questions can be sent to taskspp@nubisor.se.
